1. How long are shipping times?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days from our warehouses. Deliveries take 8-23 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days depends on the country of destination.

2. What's your return policy?

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the us to resolve these problems.You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.You need to pay for the shipping and you get the refund If the product is unworn, unwashed and without any damage.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
